As the capital of the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, Fort Belknap Agency is home to tribal facilities, the Aaniiih Nakoda College, and a highway rest area with RV parking and picnic tables. Harlem, which is located just north of Highway 2 and the reservation, offers a grocery store and fuel.
