WHAT
Perform basic maintenance at the PN huts, such as painting, sanding tables, and refinishing projects.
Lodging (shared bunkrooms in the Craighead and Lewis & Clark huts) will be provided for Friday and Saturday nights. Food and snacks for the weekend will also be provided.
WHO
We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking volunteers who:

Want to make a tangible difference maintaining public access accommodations

Are comfortable using basic maintenance equipment (e.g., sander, painting tools, etc.)
WHERE
The PN unit (near Winifred, Montana) located near the Missouri River in north-central Montana. The property is accessed via 25 miles of gravel and unimproved road which becomes impassable when wet and requires an AWD or 4WD vehicle.
WHEN

One 3-day volunteer trip, taking place April 11th – 13th, 2025 (Friday – Sunday).

Arrival midday on Friday, work Saturday, and leave Sunday afternoon
